How I was when I started:

Constant back aches, not sleeping due to the discomfort. Decreased amount of time being able to run as back would stiffen up for a few days. Little flexibility.

How I am today:

Much better, I now get a full night of sleep and do not wake up stiff. No pain in my lower back at all. I’m able to run two times a week with no problems. I have been given excellent advice on stretches, which has also increased my flexibility.
